Fortune Plus Advisory Services FZCO is an independent advisory firm headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, focused on strategic, commercial and investment advisory for energy, mining, mineral processing and industrial projects.
We work with project developers, investors, industrial companies, financial institutions and strategic partners to evaluate opportunities, structure transactions and facilitate project execution.

Founder & Managing Director
Ajit Kumar Mishra is an engineering and business professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning across project development, consultancy in energy, mining, infrastructure, business strategy and investment advisory.
He has worked across the project lifecycle, including initial feasibility, project development, technical evaluation, business development, commercial structuring, project finance and stakeholder management.
His professional experience includes senior roles like Functional Director, Chief Executive Officer with organisations involved in energy, mining and infrastructure, followed by entrepreneurial and advisory roles in Africa. His academic background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from India.
His current work is particularly focused on energy transition, renewable power, mining and critical minerals, industrial projects, Healthcare and cross-border investment opportunities in Africa.
